Yuventus forward Cristiano Ronaldo became the Portuguese player to score the most goals in the Italian Football League Serie-A. He achieved the feat by scoring a penalty in the first half of the match against Bologna on Monday. He has scored 43 goals in the league.

Apart from this, he is also the best scorer of his country in the Premier League. The former Manchester United striker has scored 84 goals in 196 matches of the EPL.

He also holds this record in the Spanish Football League La Liga. He has scored 311 goals in 292 matches for Rial Madrid. However, Barcelona striker Leonel Messi holds the record for the most goals scored in this league. They have scored 440 goals so far. In third place is Telmo Jara of Athletic Bilbao. He has 250 goals in the league.
