Airtel chairman had indicated to increase the rate

Bharti Airtel chairman Sunil Bharti Mittal had shown to increase the rates of its tariff plans in August itself. Then he had said, “The only way out is the tariff hike for the telecom industry…we have done our work in a limited way, now the patience has run out. We cannot be separated (from others) all the time.”

After the announcement of Airtel, other telecom companies Reliance Jio and Vodafone, have not yet announced the price hike. But, it is believed that these companies can also increase the prices of their prepaid plans soon.
