Today We Tell You The Method Of Making Amritsari Dal.

One Cup Whole Urad Dal, One-fourth Cup Chana Dal, Half Cup Finely Chopped Onion, Two Chopped Green Chilies, One Cup Chopped Tomato, Two Spoon Ginger, Garlic Paste And Coriander Leaves

Material

4 Tsp Ghee, 1 Tsp Cumin, 1 Tsp Red Chilli Powder, Tsp Turmeric Powder, 1 Piece Of Cinnamon, 1 Tsp Garam Masala Powder, 1 Tsp Cumin Powder, 1 Tsp Coriander Powder, 1 Tsp Amchur

Wash Urad And Chana Dal And Cook In A Cooker With Four Cups Of Water, Salt, Ginger-Garlic Paste And Turmeric

Now Mash The Cooked Pulses Well.

Step 2

Heat Ghee In A Pan, Add Cumin And Cinnamon And Then Fry Ginger-Garlic Paste And Onion.

Step 3

When Cooked Well, Add Red Chili Powder, Amchur Powder, Coriander Powder, Cumin Powder And Garam Masala Powder And Mix, Now Add Water And Fry The Spices.

Step 4

After Frying The Masala, Mix The Lentils In The Pan, After Cooking For Some Time, Finally Garnish With Coriander Leaves.
