Authorities have given exemption in a 24-hour ban on people’s activities due to Coronavirus in Dubai. Which has cleared the way for the opening of shopping malls and shopping centers in Ramadan? However, as a precaution, the people of Dubai have to follow specific terms and conditions.

In Ramadan, Dubai authorities have relaxed people for shopping. Shopping malls and customers have asked to follow the rules. Mall openers will have to emphasize the strategy of adopting several measures, including tests to avoid COVID-19. These rules will apply to the mall staff and customers.

Dubai Shopping Malls Reopen

Apart from this, entertainment and toilet outlets, changing rooms, prayer rooms, the cinema will be temporarily closed in shopping malls. The time will be from 12 noon to 9 pm for those going to Dubai Outlet Mall. Supermarkets and hypermarkets will run like standard days. That is, in the mall’s supermarket, customers will be able to shop for essential goods from 9 am to 10 pm.

Every person going to the shopping malls will require to wear a mask. Otherwise, a fine of one thousand dirhams will have to pay. Their temperature will check at the entry gate. The public will be allowed to go to the mall at the time of need. Goods cannot return or changed at all stores and outlets. Instead of cash, malls and outlets will have to adopt smart and electronic payment methods. Malls can only stay for three hours.

Shopping malls, markets, commercial outlets will be allowed to open daily from 12 noon to 10 pm. Parking will be free for the first hour at the shopping mall. Only 25 percent of parking spaces will be available for vehicles. Customers will not get a valet parking facility. Apart from this, the people of Dubai will not have to leave from 10 am to 6 am. This permission will give in the case of a medical emergency.
