Russia University Shooting: Eight people have died in a shooting incident at a Russian university. While another 14 people were injured. A man opened fire at Perm State University in Perm, Russia. To avoid the bullet, the students and teachers locked themselves in the room. Some people even jumped from the building to escape. The attacker has been killed. It is being told that the attacker could be a student of this Perm State University. However, it has not been officially confirmed yet.

However, Russia’s Interior Ministry had earlier said in a statement that the gunman had been taken into custody. Later the news of his death came. After the incident, the investigation committee has started investigating the murder. Russia’s health ministry said some people were injured in the shootings and trying to escape from the building and were taken to a nearby hospital.
According to the Perm State University Press Service, the unidentified criminal used a non-lethal gun. University students and staff locked themselves in rooms, and the university urged those who were in a position to leave the campus.
